Have never been compelled to write a movie review so honestly n genuinely. No spoilers.... I walked into the theatre hoping to kill some time and get somewhat entertained and i was not surprised when I saw only about 10 people in the entire theatre. ..I went in with no expectations and was never a Karthik Aryan fan either 😐 As the movie progressed, it completely got me in its beautiful story telling and had me glued to the very end . I must admit that I had never before heard about the sportsman Murlikant Rajaram Petkar nor anything about his achievements in the world of sports. I am sure most of you haven't either A heartfelt thanks to the team of #ChanduChampion for telling this true story and making an attempt to let India know more about this incredible sportsman and human being. I must say Karthik Aryan has done full justice to the role to the extent of bringing out emotions so strong by portraying the character so beautifully that I am literally compelled to write this review. The movie and the sportsman are testament to the fact that there is nothing stronger and more fierce than the human mind. Physical drawbacks may slow you down but once your mind is set to achieve something, nothing in the world can stop you from that goal and literally nothing is impossible. It saddened me t realise that such a brilliant movie is running with empty theatres... We people are not willing to even contemplate the fact that a less popular starcast can also deliver great experience. I change my stand today and I hope more people go and watch this movie. Only then will you see how good the movie actually is with no unwanted drama or eye candies ruining the show. Just pure sportsmanship. Hats off to the entire team of #ChanduChampion.. In the hope that this review will at least get some of you to watch this movie.... Thank you Mr. Murikant Rajaram Petkar for all the wins you got for the country. I am glad you finally received the recognition and respect that was long due.....Salute🙏☺️

This movie could have been brilliantly made if not for the sheer stupidity of direction. There are multiple scenes which prove this ..for instance first thing natrame does after finding the empty sheet of pills is sending it with a constable to enquire in all medical stores instead of forensic for fingerprints. Later when the senior police officer comes to the scene, miraculously the same is available in the kitchen dustbin again 🤣..He sees Priya burning a piece of paper and pours water over it, this is stupidity, instead of dousing it with sand or feet. He mentions to his family that he has sent it to the forensic lab and is waiting for the report. But again miraculously when the senior police arrived, the burnt pieces are still available at the spot. Next, a male police officer cannot arrest a female with out the presence of a lady constable, let alone hold her hand and drag her ... I can go on and on with do many flaws...i wish the directors also do proper knowledge check of facts before showing off something so full of flaws right in your face. What a sad fate for a movie that could have turned out brilliant!
