the strength finders test I found more for entertainment. I had to wait 3 months before my book ordered would arrive. Customer service is horrible as well as navigating website when you combine several accounts, you will lose the last one to view. Maybe good for mgrs to give to employees, but overall not worth the time nor effort. Horrible experience.
