Sandra, Sandra, Sandra. Really surprised how many people are cheering this movie on. They only tears I cried were the ones from having wasted anytime watching it. I made it about 30 minutes into Bird Box before I just simply couldn’t take how bad it was anymore. For such distinguished actors, the writing and directing was sophomoric. Netflix has some cash to burn and needs original content to keep subscribers happy, but I could’ve watched National Lampoons Christmas Vacation for the 1000th time and been much happier with my life choices. The best actors were the two kids with blindfolds on. My wife however wanted to see it through to the end. Despite her hopes that this movie worth the wait and it may get better, apparently it only got worse as the story went on.
