Worst vacation of my life. Tons and tons of dead fish all along the shoreline and it seems like the city and the county could care less. If you have a vacation coming up in Siesta Key I recommend you cancel it. The smell of dead fish or rotten fish is unbearable. Dead fish floating in the water so rotten that even the birds don’t eat them. Staying at the Siesta Sands next to the mansion and it’s the last I’m ever coming here. Now please don’t misunderstand me. I know what a Red Tide is and what it brings. It’s just the optics of the city, County or hotel management companies showing that they care about the tourist that bring so much revenue to their economy.
