I have read some of the reviews about this movie, and I want to giving it 5 stars. But my heart will not let me. It is not because it is a bad movie, quite the contrary. It was a visual stunningly animated movie. It also told a wonderfully beautiful story.
My reason is because it hit way to close to home. I am going to try and not reveal and spoilers, but I have walk more then a mile in the character Ian's shoes. I was cry almost through the whole movie.
Any other critics out there most likely will never understand, which makes it easy for them to make there criticisms so easily. But this movie can help to make kids feeling the same as Ian, like they are not alone. But only people that have dealt with those same dreams or Hope's that Ian has, would understand.
