i have not read a book that i enjoyed so much in years. i am so sorry that i finished the book. i especially enjoyed the part where she was going to bring : squirrel stew to the p.t.a. meeting. i feel so lucky to have picked up this book . pat choquette

I JUST FINISHED "HIDDEN VALLEY ROAD" . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW MUCH RESEARCH THERE HAD TO BE IN ORDER FOR THIS BOOK TO BE THIS GOOD. THE FAMILY WAS RESEARCHED AND THE SCIENTISTS AND THE HOSPITALS. I ALSO LOVED THE WAY HE HIGHLIGHTED EACH CHAPTER TELLING US WHICH CHARACTER WAS THE SUBJECT OF THAT CHAPTER. LOVED THE BOOK!!!!!
