SPOILERS AHEAD To be honest if there was no transition to abby’s part of the story the game would won goty award and nobody would hate it, even if ellie didn’t kill her at the end, its just sad that this game is getting so much hate and everybody is forgetting scenes like ellie singing take on me, or the flash backs like her birthday, for me this game is a masterpiece because it made us feel the pain and guilt of our main character Ellie.From the first game we created that bond with Ellie and Joel, and everything they went through, we went together with them(emotionally), Joel’s death, Ellie losing everything she had at the end. Naughty dog just wanted to show the dark side of the world their living in and after all those years it can’t have a happy ending.
