People are judging this solely off Joel dying. The gameplay and story itself is really good. Even playing as Abbie is enjoyable. It’s just hard as she is the one who kills Joel. I would obviously have prefers to play as just Ellie, but the parallel was good to see. It’s done for a reason. If you are thinking of getting the game. Definitely do. You do see Joel quite a lot more after his death. It is what it is.
