The theme song alone earns this show 5 stars from me. No complaints about anything else either.

The right way to subvert expectations. If the world gives you too many superhero franchises, make uh, can we even call it "antihero" at this point? Regardless, I love it. It's everything I never knew I wanted to see in a comic-inspired show.

Supergirl is a solid, relatively safe "girl power" show. It's a family friendly series that makes me nostalgic for the superhero media of my childhood, which mostly haven't aged very well, I admit. It glitters with the old Wonder Woman series camp, yet it stays grounded enough to fit within the Arrowverse. The characters are a little bland, for example, Director Danvers broke up with her soul mate because she wanted a baby without much mention of it since. Loose ends like that make some of the plot lines less believable. That said, I like Brainy and Lex working together, but how was he able to manipulate Lena so fast after Crisis on Infinite Earths? Lena seems a little low key imbecilic this season.

I wanna like this show so much! But writing please! Batwoman needs more personality. Everyone but Alice needs more personality. Alice is the most "likable" character here, and I hate saying that. Everyone needs better backstory, or something. And Kate needs to learn how to treat her little sister better; that girl has been nothing but loving and helpful, but she gets absolutely no love from Kate. It's a shame this show blows and sucks so hard at the same time because I REALLY want to give it a fair chance. This isn't easy when Batwoman is constantly letting the main villain go. Does she even deserve that cowl?

Fun, family friendly, and kinda silly. It makes me feel like a kid again.

Gonna miss this when it's gone. I love that Supernatural never took itself too seriously, but it also offered some nice scares. Well done, Winchesters!

Is EXACTLY what it promises to be. Zero disappointment.
