Slow and unoriginal. DC Universe? More like Soprano universe. Acting is decent, but takes too long to do anything. Sophia isn’t bad enough or a real threat to OZ ever. Someone else mentioned PLOT ARMOR. I love that. It’s true here and with most shows these days. Gonna use that in more reviews. You want a better bad guy, watch the original Daredevil series. Kingpin destroys Penguin.

Pretty good all around movie. A bit long and used every storytelling trope there is, but still managed to have a good message and mostly good acting. The female lead is cringe.

Flat. None of the fun or zeal of the original. All characters are dialed back and toothless gets less charming screen time. Casting was hit and miss. Butler is perfect.

Not much here. All original story zeal and fun characters are dulled in this iteration.

Don’t bother. Preachy in word and deed. Above all, poor story and acting.

The suspension of disbelief meter is way too high on this ridiculous attempt at a genre fusing flick. Never a sense of peril by the actors or really any sense to the movie at all. Feels like the writer gave up on his story halfway through.

Lousy acting, poor casting and nothing added beyond the original series. Lacks all of the original charm. Somehow they were able to production bend this into drivel.

Nice try. If you were one of the few people hoping for more of a Wanda Vision finale - here you go. It’s way more about her journey than Strange. It’s also very strange, but not in a good way. The madness is super inconsistent and the cameos boring. A very random scene involving two Stranges fighting with musical notes was likely the best moment, if only it had a connection or purpose. I won’t delve into spoilers, but if you decide to save your money for gas instead, you can catch up on the MCU story with a single line or two of explanation. That’s all this 2+ hour long multiverse exploration gave us.

Bad acting, really bad writing and really really bad action. Where’s the grit and seediness of this world? The action looks like a broadway musical the way it’s choreographed. So disappointed.

Boring and predictable. I kept hearing and reading about the delayed payoff this movie ensured and when the credits rolled, so did my eyes. Nothing. This movie is a big lump of nothing. It's so painfully slow, I wish I had a personal force field for my brain to protect it from the atrophy experienced over the 3 separate times I sat down to try and make it to the end. There's a political undertone of colonization that's straight out of Avatar and so many other trite 'entertainment' titles. Sequel? Let's move on without this. I would like to see the young male star get some force training on as a lead in a Kylo Ren prequel for Star Wars, he's great!
