I absolutely love the show, but sometimes I really despair! Mark Labbett has had his answer 'Alex Douglas Hume' rejected because it's 'Alec Douglas Hume'.... yet a few questions down the line a Dyson vacuum cleaner is referred to as a 'hoover', and the answer is accepted! Since when is a company's hard-won brand equity obliterated by becoming a generic term? Then again the average kiwi doesn't know the difference between 'bought' and 'brought'! A Hoover is a vacuum cleaner, and a Dyson is also (believe it or not) a vacuum cleaner!
