There is not even one good argument presented in this documentary by Hari Kondabolu. Even the people he interview have a different argument that Hari does. When Hari interviews Russell Peters, Peters says, "don't get caught up on my color and don't get caught up on my words. Get caught up on the intent". Then, Hari bring in Dana Gould, a writer and co-executive producer of The Simpsons who says "our job is to write a comedy". Hari's argument is that Apu is stereotypical and needs to be cut from the show but these two people he interview are basically telling him not to worry about Apu because he is only in the show to make it funny... not to make people feel bad about being Indian. What makes this entire thing worse is the fact that people just took this documentary and cut Apu from the show. If more people would have realized that nothing Hari says in this documentary makes any sense, then we could still have Apu.
Hari claims Apu came from "the depths of hell" well I claim that he came from the depths of hell for making this video
