Sorry Mr King, not worth the read. As another reviewer has said, the first half captures you completely, setting up a mystery that seems insolvable. Second half confirms it actually is unsolvable, unless of course you include a ridiculous supernatural element that still requires the author to tie up complex loose ends with a few pages of weak 'well maybe the supernatural being did this because he was trying to hide this.....' kind of comments. It felt very much like he had a week to finish the second half. Read to the end hoping for a big twist. There wasn't one.
