Game was great to play and had a lot of friends there over the years. Game is constantly crashing and has major bugs, hackers, scripters, modders and more. I remember once logging in to my human in the Ruairi server and all the NPC's had been killed by players, which is something you cannot do as the game simply won't allow it. I remember coming back to the game a little while ago and I noticed my account that I had spent thousands of dollars on had been banned, but to my surprise it wasn't for using the simple reduce lagging mod that I had, it was because I had what they called a "negative balance" on my account and I needed to repay it. I talked to some friends of mine and they told me this was a known issue and to contact support as they have a section specifically for it. When I did they flat out told me I had to pay over 200$ USD to unblock my account, because someone had gone on it and forced a withdrawal which made Nexon lose money. Instead of helping one of their players of over 10 years which has spent thousands of dollars on their game, they decided they were going to extort more money from their fans. Terrible company, horrible customer support, GM's don't care for quality and fairness and would rather just play the game, I cannot recommend any of the Nexon products as you're dealing with an evil company that extorts children, thank you for your time in reading this.
