I am simultaneously delighted and dismayed at having discovered The Act. What was supposed to be a romantic evening starting with dinner and a movie, turned into a 4-episode binge ending in disappointment that there are no more episodes until Apr 10! I knew off the bat I recognized the Dee Dee character but I couldn’t quite place her; Even now I can’t believe it’s Patricia Arquette – her phenomenal transformation for this role is equal to that of Robert DeNiro in Raging Bull.
