This is " Ray the Movie Critic " Ray Brodeur Just now · I went to see " Aquaman " Friday. On a scale of 1 to 10, I gave it an 8. I haven't seen a 10 since " A Quiet Place " First the up side of the movie = the 3D was excellent and the special effects were thru the roof. The down sides were = A weak story, undeveloped characters to care for, and why didn't we care for them? cause they all had super powers and couldn't seem to die. Whether they got stabbed, speared, or shot with bullets or a laser melting weapon, you know, just like Superman. I read all the aquaman comics from the intoduction comic to the first whole issue. I don't remember all those powers. Oh, and jumping out of a plane with no chute and hitting the ground and start walking. Personally I think the guy that played the bad guy ( his brother ) actor Wilson looks more like the Aquaman I grew up with. And the special effects in the war beneath the sea were so over done and so over crowded it was too much for even me. That's it in a sea shell, get it? " Ray the Movie Critic "
