Yes superhero films are becoming "old" now but The Marvels is a fun film to watch. It's more comedic and light hearted. If you're expecting high octane action then it isn't the type of film you'll enjoy. If you want a few hours of family time or "something to pass the time" this film does that well. The best part is Goose (yes, that pesky cat) is also back. I'm a Goose fan and if you are you'll love this film.

Decided to check this out due to the OSCAR nominations (plus I do like Michelle Young as I call her). Who knew that Jamie Lee Curtis was in it as well. So for 2 hours and 20 minutes I sat there laughing, weeping and thinking "what on earth is going on!". My 5* review is because unlike 12 Monkeys (Bruce Willis), Everything Everywhere actually makes sense at the end of it all. Plus it has a great cast, lots of funny moments, lots of silly moments and lots of Michelle! You can't go wrong! Note it's not a family film due to some very rude bits (definitely not for kids).

Loved it. James Gunn has done a great job to add action and comedy into a film with some superb actors. But I am a Margot Robbie fan ever since she debuted as Harley Quinn. Margot looks freakin hot as Harley just like she did previously. I hope Margot has many morr adventures with the sexy minx that clearly is the best comic book character ever written! Sorry Gal Gadot, you're my 2nd fav 😊 Besides my crush on Margot lol, this newest version of the film is funny, great action, one fight scene reminded me of Rocket and Yondu but its James Gunn so who cares! No spoilers but if you spot it then you'll see an incredible bit of action that even John Wick would kill for. Almost Matrix-xee if such a word existed. Overall a great film. I looked at my watch once. If I look more than twice I know a film is going to bore me. Mainly to check if I need a pee break. This is just how I know a good film from a rubbish one. Now go watch it!

Soon as it opened I sat there thinking Clair Huxtable. After all those years my little crush on her still exists. The film itself is funny, enjoyable and great music. As I live in Norwich I got to say they made Elm Hill look superb! Forest Whittaker should do more films lile this. He clearly has more talent than he lets on. But the one thing that srood out was the actress who plays Journey. In my opinion she outclassed Whittaker in every shot they shared. I would say she is a very talented actress for many years to come. Last all Black musical I remember is MC Hammers Please Hammer Don't Hurt Em. Jingle Jangle even made me cry with happiness and that is why I give it 5 stars. It is a bloody feel good movie. I just wonder if Legend has it in him to follow it up with Jingle Jangle 2.

I stream this online as I am in England. Gotta say Nathan Fillion has always done good. Could be just me but I really like this show. I grew up with The Bill tv series. That lasted years. I loved it as it just feels great watching Police dramas. The Rookie is right up there. It is written well and the characters all seem to share the same amount of time on screen. This is quite rare. There really is no central character which is why I like it.

As a DC/Marvel fan I was curious how do they create a villain. Was I wrong to laugh in certain parts? De Niro is great as ever. Phoenix is unrecognisable almost to the point you forget he was that git in Gladiator! Without any spoilers the film shows how a villain becomes a villain. How many times have we seen Bruce's parents killed? It is about time someone made a film (sorry Venom) about a serious villain and how he became one. It is a great piece of cinematography and a great script. If you want The Purge with a better storyline this film is for you! Now all we need is Robin Lord Taylor to show up in Joker 2! 9/10..Only film I score 10 on is The Heart of A Lonely Hunter. Such a powerful film!

Michael Keaton all the way being it was the 1st feature length Batman film I saw when it came out. But saying that Cloomey and Kilmers versions to me were also really good. All I cared about was there were 2 more films with characters I grew up to enjoy. After all if I can find Adam West and Burt Ward superb on all those repeats that the 80s had then why would I dislike the latter films? It was the 90s, the films scream 90s! Today I still enjoy them just as much as I enjoy Christopher Reeve as Superman. Same goes for Henry Cavill and Brandon Routh. They became one of the best loced heroes of my childhood! Nothing besides the N64 game can ruin my fondness of any superhero live action film. That is unless you're Disney and make The Hulk talk! I preffered it when he was just angry and grunted.

Ok it has the wow factor like a lot of action films. Brie is good for her small part. She is no Gal Gadot though or even Margot Robbie! Anyway. The film starts good, nice build up to Scot Lang. Some silly parts after this. But then then the film starts its main course. This is when I drifted off as in loat concentration. I found the main mission slightly boring. Not sure if it is because I have seen tons of films since I was a kid from the 70s and thought this has been done before endless times. Just look at Back to The Future. Marty saved his kids and his friends future. Nothing new here at all in Endgame. Saying that the ending was worth it though. No doubt about it when Captain America sees a glimmer of hope it wakes up the film. Other than that the film was just toonlong and could have done away with the hour or so in the middle. Citics may praise the action but the CGI looks cheap. Thors vs Thanos looks as bad as Transformers Dark Knight CGI! Believe me it was like watching plasticine! Overall like all Marvel films the action is all it has really. Marvel need to take a page out of DCs book and learn how to write a film that doesn't just go from zero to hero in 5! Captain America 1st Avenger was there only actual decent film. Ant Man being second! All Marvel care about is things that go bang or look big on screen. My score is 6/10. 7 if it had more of Carol Danvers showing her actual skill. Seriously her strength alone was shown as her weakness. Shame.
