I'm happy this movie came out when it did. Because many people agree that the newer Simpson episodes are not very good... and one of the reasons for that is that homer is just a flat out jerk now. But this movie was made just around the time the decline in quality got noticeable, and the movie ended up being AMAZING, funny, exciting and emotional. But honestly I feel like if it would be made any later, it wouldn't be very good.
