Good fun, captures the spirit of the original films as best as could be hoped so far on. Darkly humorous with good constant amount of one liners like originals without too many off the off the wall ‘look at me’ setup gags like previous reboot. As a massive fan of the original when I was a kid it was nostalgic from the outset and found myself feeling sentimental at unexpected moments early on in the film beyond the scripted sentimental scenes. It was a funny, moving and enjoyable action romp at points throughout. Is it going to win oscars, no, but it is good fun and well worth the price of admission i.m.o.

Matchmaking is broken and appalling in FUT the division system is basically defunct. The game will punish you for buying loot cards by making you lose more to buy more. In previous editions there was a momentum system (the game would step in to hinder you if you were on a run of wins and tempt you to purchase). After Ea’s court foray, Now the 20 software achieves the same thing by essentially matchmaking you against extremely more experienced players if it thinks it can tempt you to buy cards. Don’t buy it, Uninstall the game if you have it, and be aware that it is a cynical tactic that is in design wanting to create unfair gameplay situations to instil gambling addictions on its players. The correlation between those that have bought cards, how much they have spent and their division and skill rating would be the proof of this for any investigative journalists out there.
