Bombers that rely on gravity to drop their weapons (non existent in space), history's slowest chase (unnecessary as you can just Hyperspace through the persuing ships at the outset), and a plot line to rescue some horse like things that leaves a whole bundle of enslaved children in captivity (animals worth more than people). This is just a few of the plot holes and stupidity that millions and million of dollars buys. Disney, stick to making Herbie movies, you're out of your depth.
