This game is fantastic and you should not sit on this. I love the story, artstyle, exploration, and gamplay. The picto combinations are endless. Battles remind me of The Legend of Dragoon with the battle QTE's and I really like that I can dodge or parry attacks instead of tanking hits. The story doesn't hold your hand it allows you to really think about world and figure things out. I think my only real complaint that I have is not having the option to change how the dialog progresses. You have to press X(PS5) to move it forward. I hope the option to allow us to change it to automatically progress it in a future patch. I really hope more turn based games using the it's battle system and dodge mechanics are used and built upon. Can you imagine if the next Persona for example had a similar combat and dodge system like Clair Obscur? Hands down if your on the fence about this game. Dont. On top of everything else the price(49.99)is awesome and very well worth it. You will not regret getting Clair Obscur Expedition 33.
