G-d if we were only allowed to use one word to describe this show it would be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (joking!). It would actually be a couple of words. “A breath of fresh air.” This show talked about so many problems that occur nowadays while creating a storyline that you want to binge right there and then. It gives mlm and nblm representation without fetishizing and it depicts actual romance. Not the kind of fetishize-y romance that most lgbt relationships in film are made to be. It was so perfectly created that you think about the show and the characters long after you’ve finished. This show is one of the few shows that deserves a second season, and possibly more. You can not just leave us on a cliffhanger. Do willie and simon end up being together? Does willie end up coming out to the public? Will anything happen to August?? Will Felice and Sara be anything more than friends (👀)?? Does homophobia and fetishization get talked about, as this is one of the more important things shown throughout the show. Will WE get a new season that gives us more representation and an amazing storyline that makes so many groups feel heard?
