(Spoilers) Many critics are looking for scientific accuracy, realism, and closure. Forget all that. What you get is a story, which in its self is pretty captivating and cinematically beautiful. Hereโs another spoiler: your life often doesnโt have closure. And I appreciate the empty gut feeling of this ending that goes against the grain of what a traditional story is composed of. Because often that is life. And you are left to contemplate the million dollar question: whatโs the point of all this? I find myself reflecting on whatโs truly important, and that is embracing those you love and the time you have with them. I could care less about how gravity or genealogy works, or even how plausible this whole scenario is. I gave my daughter a big fat kiss at the end of it. A movie that can compel emotion out of me is a freakin good one. If youโre a regular person with people you love in your life, go watch it. If youโre a science geek, go read another book. If youโre an aspiring rotten tomatoes critic, get a life.
