I loved it. It's heartwarming. I love dogs and loved the way they interpreted in English the dogs behaviors. Who doesn't want to know what a dog is thinking. Its almost believable that dogs would incarnate much quicker than humans since they're here to help humans feel unconditional love. The story line was easy to follow and logical. All the actors did a pretty good job especially Dennis Quaid who had to age throughout the movie spanning probably 25 years when he started out as CJ's Grandpa. 25 years later he became a Great Grandpa. It made me cry a few times. There was sadness and happy times.
