A complete and utter flop. I'm not sure what these other reviewers are smoking or if they're paid. As a fan of the original, I even actually liked and bought the DVDs for the sequels when they originally came out. But this disappointed me actually even more than The Last Jedi. It was literally 20% reused scenes from the previous movies. They used none of the same style of story telling or choreography from the series. The fight scenes are so bad I feel like Iron Fist was actually much better (how ironic that the actress is in both). There was so little to the story that they had to make it about neo and Trinity being reunited (which was extremely rushed and made almost no sense), forget about all the other people still in the matrix and preventing machines from using humans as energy. But that's ok, we'll all volunteer to rescue Trinity even though we are not at war anymore and almost no one alive knows her? And the CGI.. some of it was so bad that I was in disbelief that they were able to do it better 22 years ago. All in all, bad fights, bad acting, bad story, bad CGI. This movie is literally meant to make money based on nostalgia. No real value at all.
