Adele was a captivating prescence on screen. The main characters are all well developed and the plotline is gripping with just the right amount of tension. One of the best netflix series I have watched so far.

This is a compelling foray into obsession which does not require the viewer to be a chess fanatic. It helps of course to have an understanding of at least some of the terminology. Brilliantly played by the lead actress who is compulsively watchable, convincing and will inevitably be a major star.

Outstanding musicianship with stunning interplay. All four of these icons are on top form here. The titles are intentionally wacky as you would expect from Edgar Meyer and Chris Thile reflecting the relaxed nature of the recordings. A high standard is maintained throughout making it difficult to pick a standout track. There is a guest appearance from the excellent Aoifa o' Donovan one the finest vocalists in bluegrass. A must have for all bluegrass fans, highly recommended.
