I read this book about 34years ago and over the years I've been thinking about what I learned in this book.Firstly what the writer meant by "there is no word for thank you in Kwakwala".
Secondly that word 'weesa beedo"(not sure of the spelling anymore) and the meaning of that.Still want to know the meaning of that word.
