I’m not a foodie- if I lose my can opener or the microwave dies- I’m in trouble. But I really enjoy watching people create unusual dishes from unique and often incompatible ingredients. If I have one criticism- it’s hair. In the restaurant industry, the rules are strict. Hair must be tied up or back and covered for obvious reasons. When I see chefs preparing food with hair hanging down- I personally would not want to touch it. For being so strict about safety and hygiene, this is a glaring allowance not permitted among chefs and food handlers in general.

Excellent movie. Pulls no punches in its depiction of the ordinary GI Joe without whom the Nazis would have continued their despotic reign and the horrors of the Holocaust. They were truly- in the words of Tom Brokaw - the greatest generation.
