Iโm not a foodie- if I lose my can opener or the microwave dies- Iโm in trouble. But I really enjoy watching people create unusual dishes from unique and often incompatible ingredients. If I have one criticism- itโs hair. In the restaurant industry, the rules are strict. Hair must be tied up or back and covered for obvious reasons. When I see chefs preparing food with hair hanging down- I personally would not want to touch it. For being so strict about safety and hygiene, this is a glaring allowance not permitted among chefs and food handlers in general.
