I was so excited that Sanditon was being made into a two part show. Then I watched the first part and some of the second. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The plot is completely off, it is distasteful and does not represent the characters at all. All of the other Jane Austen books were so well represented. Not this one! I can only hope that someone that understands the wonderful plots and characters that Austen has created and her niece continuing can be done correctly in another version. Terrible show.
