I was pleasantly surprised, from - well, since the release of "Resistance" - as a follow-up to "Black Holes and Revelations." But this one fills the bill. Made even sweeter by their intentions do something for 'the people' (fans), as an unironic non-compromise to their legions of drama-rockers. Only real critisim is that it was too short, but then again, the blend of songs with their relative playfulness falls into place nicely.
