Read some of the other reviews you can see that the community can get very toxic, this is NOT Call of Duty I can't stress this enough. This game is intense, it requires a mic and headphones and they need to work perfectly. You need to be focused and aware of everything from teammates position to enemy footsteps, drones, magazines changes, and possible distractions you need to know the map and know shortcuts, you have to be willing to die for your team to ultimately win the match. This game is great if you can critically think and solve problems. If you're coming from Call Duty, play the situations and get 3 star on all of them on realistic. Rainbow six isn't about kills like other games, it's about objective so play the objective focus on the mission and WIN at all cost.
