Dean Kuns

Read most of Tony Hillerman's novels 20-30+ years ago. Dark Winds on AMC is absolutely great. Long overdue for another, Western, current day drama/thriller, same down to earth style as the as Longmire Series, and based on actual places, customs and courtesies of such a rich Native American heritage and culture! The cast is magnificent - I have always been a fan of Zahn's in all of his works I have watched - Absolutely a powerful actor in my book. Also many, many cudo's to the rest of the cast. So nice to have Indiginous actors portraying the roles in this outstanding production. I can't wait for the next episode. A series that will be recorded and retained for years to come. 5 Stars for sure! D.Kuns - Just an old VietNam Vet
