If this director would had done a movie about the battle of Gettysburg, the north would had lost. This movie was so unrealistic and not even fantasy... it wasn't even about a civil war, it was about journalists. I almost got up and left several times during the movie, but had to waste more of time to see the ending. And this studio that made this movie, A24, horrible. Please do not make another poor movie!

This is the best Planet Of The Apes movie, so far in my opinion. This is a sequel to a perfect trilogy series, and it does something which Star Wars failed to do. It shows how things have changed/evolved, and it tells a GOOD STORYLINE. The apes can all speak! They wear clothing/armour and use tools! They have formed their own separate clans, meanwhile humans are just dim witted scavengers living in the forest with other wild animals, a perfect adaption from the original movie. The characters in this story are all loveable and interesting, both the good apes and the bad apes. The best characters are Noa, Raka and Proximous Ceasur. Mae the human character is mysterious, suspicious and you don't know what her motive is until the end. This movie is what Sci Fi Fantasy and Cinema needs! Great effects, great action, shocking moments and leaving you wanting more and next movie. Please go and see this movie!!!
