My love for murder mysteries are still fullfilled in this comedy. The main actress (I'm sorry, I forgot her name), is phenomenal as Cordelia Cupp. She is witty and funny in her own way. The supporting actors are also great! Just like how murder mysteries go, this is a great series and it kept me watching until the end.

Watching the trailer made me anticipate the movie. I'm a fan of mech movies/shows so this caught my attention. I expected some mech action and some decent acting from JLo. The plot was straightforward and wasn't slow at all. There was a few sappy scenes and I didn't care for it but I guess we needed to have feelings for the main character somehow. I would've love to see Lana Parrilla(?) more but it's ok. For me, the side characters are definitely better than JLo's but I'm a bit biased. Conclusion- I enjoyed it.

If you like Cobra Kai, please watch this. I do not so it isn't surprising that I don't care for this series. I came in and out of this series while my husband watched through it and every scene was so clichéd and forced. You have the main characters- hottie female and hottie male who are more than they seem, they're not just hot but they have feelings too and, of course, one wants the other but the other doesn't. Then you've got the sidekicks- the baddass, the nerd and the "other" (who is the outsider). The writing is predictable and the other difference from this show and the other teen action shows is that it has nudity, sex and blood. There is, however, some comedic scenes and it did make me laugh (giving it one extra star for that one). So, in conclusion, if you like Cobra Kai, go watch this show. Otherwise. Utilize your TV time for something with better storyline, acting and writing.

It doesn't get interesting and better until episode 7. And there are only 8 episodes!! Watch only if you dare to sit through 6, almost hour-long, episodes of horrible writing and acting. The characters are easy to dislike, especially the main character (by both actors). The only tolerable act was the father. I got really tired of the switching back and forth between the past and present. The dialogue was so bad. BUT this is all MY opinion. For die hard RE fans: don't expect it to follow the original story. The characters are not like the games. The infected are ok but I wish they showed more. I don't mind a fresh take, though. Again, it was finally getting interesting at the second of last episode. Though this season was not great, I'd continue watching it if another season comes on because I love everything RE.
