I was given Flight Simulator as a Christmas present from my son. Microsoft allowed me to use the code to "install it" but then I can't play it because it isn't compatible with my One S console. Since it was purchased through a retailer and not directly from Microsoft, we're screwed. Microsoft just says "tough luck" there is nothing we can do since the code was redeemed even though they allowed it to be redeemed for an account with an incompatible console! Goodby $120. They should have at least had a message that prevented the installation on an incompatible console so the code wouldn't be wasted.
