Finally we are returning to the golden age of daytime drama. With an upgrade! That cast! The combination of veterans and newcomers is a great mix! The Dupree family is everything a soap family should be! Classy and messy! And with a lot of secrets to be exposed. I have to shout out Karla Moseley!!!! As the Dani Dupree. She is going to keep us wondering what she’ll do next. Dani went from a woman angry and scorned by her philandering husband to a hurt and vulnerable betrayed by the man she devoted her life to for 30 years. As far as this soap viewer is concerned Dani can do no wrong! (She’s the new Erica Kane.) I’ve watched every episode at least twice so far and I’ll keep watching. Production is perfection. The writing is soapy and foretells a lot of serious and fun episodes to come. Beyond the Gates is everything that has been missing on daytime TV! Loving it!
