My third grade class absolutely loved this book. I loved how there was adventure, humor, and real life moments that connected with my students. We finished just in time before break. That last 40 pages were so beautifully tender and special they made me cry. I had to pause several times, and when I did many of my students had tears too. I will read this one every year!
