The arrow's decisions are so annoying most times. Why is the movie scripted that Oliver Quin always deliberately allows a villain to go, whenever he has all the option and target to disable and apprehend them.
The character of the arrow is a high IQ, as well as a very precise and sharp shooter. But how comes in the beginning of episode 22 of season 6, when Arrow and his team made their move on DIAZ's Police convoy, Curtis was seriously hurt by Diaz and the Arrow automatically forgot that it was his place to go after Diaz, instead of Curtis going after Diaz.
