I've played the games and started on the books in anticipation of this series. I must say I'm blown away by the 1st season. Only 8 episodes and I'm left wanting more. The special effects are amazing and the acting is top notch. the dialogue is what you would expect from all the Witcher content to date. I was so drawn in I took a day off from work to bing watch the entire 1st season. My favorite TV show by far.
