I used to love this show. The judges are contrived this year. The sets and lighting are below standard. The costumes seem much lower budget — the whole show does. I miss Nigel’s honesty. I miss the dancing excellence we saw in past seasons. These contestants are nowhere near to the level of even the worst of prior seasons. Cat Deeley is the only good thing. I was really looking forward to the show starting back after a long hiatus; but the quality just is no longer there. So disappointing.
