Story line was fine, animation was horrible. They tried so hard to be edgy,it was uncomfortable to watch and that detracts from focus on the movie. Two people in our group of five actually fell asleep because it was visually unwatchable. I have been watching Spiderman since the first cartoons when I was a child and have also seen all of the movies, live action and animated. Personally for me these last two were disappointing. I will pass on any others done in this format.
