Thestory revolves around a CIA agent on a major assignment to prevent a catastrophe. Supposed to be a thriller but fairly early on the story becomes predictable in the sense that despite getting into a number of life threatening situations you know that the hero will escape with his life. He proves to be more than a superman. The story becomes more and more far fetched as it progresses. I only finished this very long book because I injured a foot which led me to be almost house bound while on holiday.
