This movie was a solid 8.5/10 for me! People seem to have forgotten how to simply enjoy a film these days. This one got all the basics right—things the industry has been missing for a while: 1. Strong cinematography and direction 2. Minimal CGI and AI (unlike GOAT, which was painful to sit through) 3. Rajnikanth’s makeup was finally done well 4. No over-idolizing Rajni with endless one-liners—side characters actually got their due 5. Fantastic music 6. Action sequences that felt reasonably believable That said, if you walk in expecting this to be part of the LCU, you’ll be disappointed. This is definitely a compromise from Lokesh in terms of story—but come on, it’s Rajnikanth. The point is to enjoy his sheer presence and charisma, and on that front, this movie absolutely delivers. Just sit back and have fun with it!
