Shocked at how incompetent Matt Mus “terd”and the Vallejo Police Department were in this case. The FBI investigator Selma and the lie detector investigator were even more pathetic. Why were none of them held accountable for such blatant stupidity? The law suit should have been 10 times what they settled for.
