Super acting. Mature script that was interesting. I enjoyed it but it’s a very serious movie which accurately captures a “slice” of a dynamic family situation that also includes neurodivergent characters. I found it interesting and real. I love enjoying the range of acting skills of all the characters but Michele Jean-Batiste stole the show. The scenes are not too complicated but, it only highlights how effective the casting was. Pretty deep. I’d gave it 5 stars, but I wanted more engagement with the sisters and to “move the needle” in the conflict. Worth watching for sure. 👍🏽
