Thrilling.
The episodes are like the Snowpiercer, closely linked and drew momentum from each other. Kinda fresh that this series is not of a past-and-now kind of story. Unlike many out there, the story mainly is about the now of the people in Snowpiercer.
Another surprise is how the left-behind daughter of Season 1 will ¿leave behind? the mother in Season 2. Maybe.

This book is a compilation of expected things. Reading five of Riggs's has taught me what "clues" looks like. The thing is even though i knew what his clues mean, Riggs still surprised me with things I am already expecting.

This book puts Jacob to Grandpa Abe's trail. Jacob's defiance is sickening but Riggs made it as Jacob's protagonist's asset. Like how the three previous books called for surprising twists, this book has multiple gut-wrenching unexpected mini-climaxes. I love-hate Riggs for encouraging the multiplicity of true truths, that truth has many truths perceived at different point of views.
