I originally tuned into the show because I love dating shows. To my dismay as a black woman, their representation of black women and black men alike was horrible to say the least. I’m not quite finished with the series but the only black woman I have seen featured so far was a sexually fluid black woman. I have no problem with that but where are the strong beautiful heterosexual black women represented on the show? There are none. I feel that whoever created the show likes to perpetuate stereotypes of black men and women on this show. Starting off with a male cheater, a black woman who was super late, and numerous other things. All these things put a bad taste in my mouth about the show. You couldn’t find one beautiful straight, successful black woman not one?!!! Correction, you did not want to perpetuate black excellence.
