Don't listen to the movie review bombing trolls who've tried to warn you away from seeing Captain Marvel. It is a good film and worthy addition to the MCU. Certainly it does not rank among the elite in the canon, but it certainly is not among the lesser efforts either. It is an enjoyable movie with a good message. Also I found it to be one of the better Marvels in regards to 3D efx. So if you enjoy 3D you're in for a treat.
