As the information states, "The Passion of the Christ" is the highest grossing Christian film of all time. Quite an accomplishment, since the Hollywood pundits told Gibson from the beginning that the film would be a financial flop. Our family watches the film every Good Friday so we are reminded of the sacrifice that was made for us. I am not sure if Gibson meant it to be a tool of evangelism, but it definitely is.
