I’m looking at this show as helping people be creative and take a break from the harsh reality of this awful pandemic. My take ‘The majority of people and property were disintegrated and/or displaced as it reached “the light”. Only a few people and property landed here the other stuff went to other “times period’s”. Give the show a chance it gets better with each episode. I’ve binged watched “La Brea” five times picking up stuff I missed first time I watched. Great show especially for people with a creative imagination. I am really happy that it was given a second season…. hoping for at least 5, I love Eve, Riley, Ty and Rebecca Aldridge.

I really like the show. It has been educational for one thing. I learned the meaning of some acronyms for example HRT. I learned there is a real place in Cuba called Sierra Maestra. I also really like how Erica Shepherd observes people and can tell something is not right, it really gave me some insight. I have read some of the other's reviews and some say it's not realistic. I am glad that it is not super violent and it seems pretty scary to me. I watch each episode more than once because watching the first time is nerve racking, and I have found that I have missed stuff. I hope there is a second season. I love the cast and if anything the actors are just awesome!!! Especially Jennifer Carpenter, I love her role the best.....
